Conversion Result:

British pint = 1.20095 fluid pint (volume)             

16 oz X 1.20095 = 19.2152 oz

1 British Pint = 19.2152 standard fluid ounces.

Your Measuring Jugs are 0.7848 oz in error. Either that or the
Imperial Ounce line is slightly lower than the 20 fluid ounce mark.
