TEN AM?? Yikes, I suppose it depends on where you're going. When GOF
came out, I went to the B&N in my local suburb at about 11 PM. The line for
those who had reserved moved rather slowly, since they had to give their
name, get checked off, etc., whereas those of us who had just shown up,
trusting blindly that there would be enough books for all (how rash!) just
grabbed one from the piles of boxes and the line moved quickly.
