Getting UK versions if you are in the US.

Well, this is weird - I'm in the US, and when I originally ordered 
from Amazon.uk, it gave me the 6/27-7/1 delivery timeframe, but I 
just checked "where's my stuff?" and it now says delivery on June 21, 
but has not yet dispatched (or been published, but we *know* that's 
incorrect!).  

When I ordered, the page said it would be delivered on June 21, but 
didn't specify that this was limited to UK deliveries.  So maybe 
they've felt some pressure from people outside the UK to honor their 
original word.
