After GoF, HPfGU had weekly chapter- and character-summaries with
attached questions. Essentially, each week there would be two
volunteers, one doing a chapter-summary, and one doing a character-
summary, the summaries including some questions relating to the
chapter or character in question. This set-up was handled by the
moderators, who had a list of volunteers, who each had a week and
chapter and/or character assigned (some did both in the same week).
This was done first for GoF, and then in order for the other three
books. It was an excellent way of focussing discussion on list, and
was an excellent way for also lurkers to learn things out of the
debate.
Consider this a request for the mdoerators to return this excellent
feature to HPfGU.
Best regards
