Dumbledore's age

Today's Sunday Express has an interview with Robbie Coltrane, in
which he states (in the context that she has an extensive backstory
for all the characters) that JKR knows what Dumbledore was doing in
the 1700s.

There are a number of minor errors in the article (Hagrid finds
romance with 'Madam Maxine' in the third film, according to the
author, despite Coltrane clearly stating a paragraph later it's in
the fourth film/book) and as far as Coltrane's concerned it's a
throwaway comment so it's probably nothing, but if true it adds 50+
years to the age we normally assume for Dumbledore.

The headline was the fear that Hagrid may be killed off in OOP,
because 'it has been revealed' that a 'central character' is to be
killed. The story about Coltrane only being contracted for four
movies was recycled, too.
