Ooh...mind if I take this opportunity to
ask a question that would have been belated
but is now tangentially topical again:

With materials that are published on the
web, how does one actually establish the

(1) date/time such materials were published
or fixed in a particular form/version/edition

and

(2) the exact word-for-word of said
materials beyond reasonable doubt and
suspicions of tampering with evidence?

Does anyone know of any reputable
archives/registries that act as
third-party entities that could testify
impartially in the event of lawsuits?
I know of only one and I'd like to hear
about any other ones out there.

Petra, on a posting streak
a
n :)
