Some really good points about what could possibly
have happened in the WW during WWII. Perhaps
wizard children were sent to those wizarding
families out in the countryside. Hmmm.
But, it was the food rationing/black market thing
that intrigued me, particularly with a
Malfoy/Weasley connection, not only from a war
standpoint but also a depression standpoint.
Maybe, the Malfoy's made their fortune gouging
starving people on the black market while the
Weasleys used their resources to instead feed and
sustain the Muggles? It would certainly explain
the enmity between the two families to some
degree.
