Dear Cindy,

Following the recent discussions on FAQ, and your ongoing dialogue
with MEG, we have regrettably decided that FAQ needs to move forward
without you.

It has become increasingly obvious that we have gone past the point of
"irreconcilable differences" with you. Your recent post to OTC, which
you know to be in violation of list policy, just shows that this
relationship has gone past the point of repair.

We would like to provide you with the opportunity to leave
voluntarily. However, if you fail to do so within the next five hours, we
will unsub you from the FAQ list. Furthermore, if you violate
longstanding list policy and air disagreements with list
administration again on OTC, you will be banned from HPFGU.

We are deeply saddened by this decision, and remain indebted to you
for the work you have performed for this group. We truly wish you well
in the future.
