SOS-main list

Just because I feel like dredging up old topics all over again, I 
have to ask for help on the main list.  I know list volume is WAY 
down but I still have trouble keeping up.  So if someone who 
actually is keeping up could tell me their secret or refer me back 
to the posts in August, I think, where we talked about strategies 
for the main list I'd be immensely grateful.
