6 Degrees of Separation (Was: And *I* met)

OH! This mention of a priest reminded me of another "famous" person 
I knew. Well, actually she herself wasn't that famous, but knowing 
her is terrific for playing 6 Degrees of Separation . . . 

Her name is Rose Parente, and she plays one of the nuns in the 
movie "Sister Act." I imagine she's been in other things, as well. 
But I knew her because she was my first piano teacher, when I was 
four or five years old. I actually don't remember her well at all, 
but knowing her gives me two degrees of separation from Whoopie 
Goldberg. Which gives me three degress of separation from . . . 
well . . . from just about everyone. In Hollywood, at least. And 
beyond that . . . well, the possibilities are just about endless, 
eh? <g>
