You can get rid of them by just deleting them, but to prevent them from
coming back again, click on Tools, Options, and the Send tab.  There should
be a checkmark in the box by "Automatically put people I reply to in my
address book."  Remove the checkmark, click apply, and it should stop adding
everybody under the sun to your address book.
