Well, as you know by now there isn't one. But in fact this isn't a 
particularly traditional title in the UK and is by no means the automatic title for the 
monarch's mother.

The traditional title, I believe is 'Queen Dowager'. It was Queen Elizabeth 
(the present Queen's mother) who adopted the title 'Queen Mother' for herself. 
She needed some title to distinguish herself from her daughter who, if it had 
been known that she would succeed to the throne, might have had a different 
name.

But normally the monarch's mother is just referred to by name, as was the 
case with Queen Mary, the wife of George V and mother of Edward VIII and George 
VI.
