In short:
Menu Start --> Run
In run window type: notepad C:\Windows\system.ini
[I assumed that Windows is installed in C:\Windows directory]


Notepad will open, find line with [boot] with it,
and below it add:

drivers=mmsystem.dll

Save edited file, close notepad, restart Windows.
