Difficult pronouncing

The closest I can give you, lacking a visual: hold your tongue as if 
you were about to pronounce "L"--like you were starting to say "La," 
and exhale as if you were starting "Hah!" All soundless, no voicing.

If done correctly, the sound you produce will make you *totally* 
understand why "Ll" is often changed to "Fl" in English spellings 
(Llewellyn/Flewellen).
