What happened with the OoP Chapter Discussions?

You know, that sounds like a really good way to handle structured
discussions.  After all, when people write posts on the main list,
they don't talk about a chapter.  They talk about a character or a
theory or a plot development or a feature of JKR's writing.  Maybe it
would make more sense to have structured discussions like that?
