Another place to try:
I was just at my local Whole Foods store (organic/natural foods,
etc.), and they had nice, thick bars of what looked like very good
chocolate, and the labels touted the high cocoa butter content (given
in percentages).  I could kick myself for not buying any (it's not
very convenient to get there), but anyway, if you have that kind of a
grocery near you, you might look for chocolate there.

Another thing dark chocolate has is antioxidants.  They bind with
milk, though, so it's useless to eat milk chocolate or have dairy
products with your dark.
