Well here would be an actual log of a normal
ten-16 hrs at the computer, note the hours are
guesses because I don't actually pay
attention.

HP Fanfiction (Always somewhere on my screen,
due to my love of reading and below)
The Never Complete List of Fanfiction (new
website I'm building so about 3hrs hand
coding, five hrs reading and on hour fighting
with my computer)
Email (Always running as I have sixty
yahoogroups, several friends and a partridge
in a pear tree emailing me.)
List Moderation (4hours for mine, constant
looking for HPfGU)
Time with Online friends (5-8hrs)
Online Role-playing--outside the fandom
(constant as the players time zones fluctuate)
Writing Fanfiction (half an hour to an hour)
Writing "Vlad", "Echo of Memories" or whatever
novel I'm currently fighting with (Constant)
Shopping (once a month)
LJ--Mine (fluctuates)
LJ--Others (once a month to every two weeks)

Dunno if that's balanced, but that's what I
do.

<Are
you still eating correctly, bathing, sleeping
through the night (not
getting up at three in the morning to check
for new posts as I did in
the beginning?) Do you get any sort of
exercise? >

Eating correctly is a no but that's a health
problem (no appetite and smaller internal
stomach), bathing is a yes, sleeping is a no
(I suffer from insomnia which has been since I
was a child), exercise is a no but also
related to a health problem.

<Do you feel anxiety if you are not able to
read all of your lists one
day? Do you talk to at least one non-internet
person per day, on the
phone or in person?>

Considering I mass delete quite a few lists
without even looking, I would say the first
one is a no. I talk to my mother daily but I
doubt that's what you meant. The last
question is really rather a sore point as I
don't have friends outside the internet.
Everyone whose close to me I met online due to
my phobia of people and being judged. Heck, I
can't even call my Dr to make an appointment
without a panic attack first.

<If you can answer all of these to your
satisfaction, I'd say you're
doing all right.>

Well, they're all awnsered to my satisfaction,
but now I probably seem a freak to you guys.
:o)

<If you find yourself frequently thinking that
it's too much, maybe
try unplugging your computer for just one day
and seeing how that
makes you feel.>

Oh I already know how that would make me feel.
There's no question I'm addicted to the
internet. My computer goes down and I go into
withdrawal. I once drove to three different
cities to log time with the library computers
just to get a fix. My question was more of HP
though.

And you," Harry said to Draco. "Let me define
the term rescue to you. It's not to come and
then having to be saved yourself."
