Help with the Door (JK's Site)

This has, no doubt, already been discussed - but I'm
avoiding all other messages dealing with JK's site in
order to avoid spoilers. I'd like to figure out how to
access the new information behind the door on my own,
but I'm curious - is it supposed to open and reveal
nothing but a blank black space? If this is normal and
I'm supposed to figure out some way to reveal
something else, let me know - but don't tell me how to
figure it out! If this isn't normal, however - what's
gone wrong?

I would be extremely grateful for any spoiler-free
help with this!
