JKR appointment?

I have been taking a closer look at the revamped 'extras' page of
JKR's website, the one you get by clicking on the mug.

People have already remarked on the partly concealed drawing of the
room behind the magic door, the mention of the need to pick a new
fansite winner, and the Aug 15 reminder about the book festival.
There's also a note, partly hidden behind the pen, that appears to
say:

Site Update
-----------
'The Pillar of Storge'
Get a grip!!
Rumours

The torn-off shopping list above the radio includes, among other
things, maternity clothes and a stair gate.

However, the one that really interested me was the note at the top,
pinned partly behind the main sheet containing the extras
themselves. It appears to say:

14/09/04
Shepperton Studio
Middlesex

I'm not the most careful reader of The Leaky Cauldron, but I don't
recall seeing any mention of anything to happen on that date. Can
anyone enlighten me? I suppose a visit to Shepperton might be a
private affair, but if so, why advertise it on her website? Isn't
that just a recipe for large numbers of fans to congregate hopefully
outside the gate that day?

Finally, I'm intrigued that there's a torn-off corner from the
Manchester Evening News with what looks like an advertisement
ringed, just above the sheet with the invisible potion ingredients.
The MEN would be a local paper, and JKR lives outside its
circulation area.
