I love that combination too, and yes, it has been done. I hardly ever
see it anymore, but it's called the $100,000 Bar. I think it's
Nestlé that produces it. They also had a while back a limited
edition Nestlé Crunch Halloween candy-sized bar assortment that had
multiple other ingredients paired with a Nestlé Crunch Bar base.
Caramel was one of the combinations. Unfortunately the market I shop
in didn't carry it, and I missed out on them.  :-(
So if you ever run across a $100,000 Bar when you're shopping, you'll
know what to do. <g>
