Hmm--okay, here are a couple...

You know those cute little door-harp chimes with the little balls that run
across pieces of metal and make a pretty sound?  How about one that does
that, but beats up anyone trying to break into your room or house...the
strings on the balls suddenly get longer and the balls start pelting heavily
upon the intruder and, if the intruder doesn't run away, the strings tie the
intruder until one can get help.  Sort of like a door-harp guardian.

Then, there's the mop that's supposed to clean the floor brilliantly, but
ends up turning it some ghastly color or spitting dirt to fill in the clean
patches so they match the dirty ones giving the floor a nice uniform look.

Then, there's a lovely "Tickle Chair" you can offer your guests to sit
in...a harmless-looking, comfortable chair that eventually starts to tickle
the guest mercilessly. :-)
