On the right side of the desk, move your mouse around until you find
a Droobles Gum wrapper that moves, then click on it.

The three things you need are:

The Eggshells-which are in the rubbish bin room on the floor to the
right of the bin.

The Dog Hairs?-which look like tooth picks or sticks.  They are taped
to the corkboard, if you don't see them right away, try clicking
around the sheet that had the frist set of potion ingidients on it. 
You'll be able to see the tape that keeps thin on the board just under
the paper.

The Rocks/Bubbles/Marbles/Stones or whatever-are in the trophy room
behind the empty box on the top self.
