I always give toothbrushes, chapstick, personal care items, etc.  And 
an orange, because I like to share any of the variations of the story 
of the Christmas orange.  Bookmarks, if your kids are old enough.  
Juice boxes, granola bars, raisen boxes if you want healthy 
alternative snacks.
