I tend to think of the twins as Prewetts.  There's a couple of  references 
that make me think in that directions.
 
Book 1 - And you call yourself our mother...
 
Book 5 - That's everyone in the Family (Molly about Ron being a Prefect)  and 
the twins response."And what are Fred and I...Next door  Neighbors?"
