I take it that this parking is in the public street? Because if it
isn't private property, then the neighbor can park in front of
Grandmere's house and you can park in front of the neighbor's house.
Unless a neighborhood has permit parking then you should be able to
park where you want as long as you aren't blocking driveways and
curb ramps it is public right of way....At least you can in Ohio....
The police would have told the neighbors to suck it up and go inside
and behave!
