Oh, yes, I'd never review a fic just to point out
errors. I have far to much respect for the hard work
that goes into writing to do that. And if there are
errors to point out, I never do so without first
saying what I like about the story. 

Having someone who's willing to beta stories is a
blessing, I'm sure. Especially if they can explain
*why* things need to be changed, which is how we all
learn not to make those mistakes. Speaking for myself,
I don't learn much when someone else just corrects my
mistakes. Tell me where I went wrong and I'll learn
much quicker. 

I doubt you'd all suck without the wonderful
assistance! Perhaps have a few less glowing reviews,
but not suck. :)
