Would common law or even a will hold up before Sirius is cleared?
And we don't know what other relatives there may be. Then why would
inheritance skip Tonks in favor of Draco. If Tonks had a brother,
older or younger, she would be skipped. But as she appears to be an
only child, she would inherit through her mother before it goes to
Narcissa.
Is Andromeda dead?
