Well said, Paula. I could not agree more. 
And I too knew a girl just like that, Paula. The one everyone talked
about thinking she never heard.  
She was me. Though, I really enjoyed being the oddball out as in my
school, it only served to tick people off even more. I still enjoy
doing so--being the odd one out. Nowadays,I try to tick people off
only a few times a day.
