Erin:

I don't know the message, but that *is* how the search works.  It 
starts with the most recent group of 500 or so and works backwards. 
You just have to keep pressing "Next" and it will search the next 
batch of messages.  Takes a few minutes, but it always works for me 
provided that I have entered the correct keywords.  Good luck.
