Well, JKR said the twelfth one was oven cleaner...

So:

12. Oven cleaner.

11. An ingredient in a very potent medicine that cures *whatever* ails
you and some things that don't.  Has unfortunate side effect of making
you lose all your hair, as though it were singed off.

10. A solvent for magical paint (the kind they use for those portraits).
