If you follow vmonte's link, you'll find out that 'lorem ipsum...'  
taken from the writings of Cicero, is the standard text used by 
graphic artists to simulate the look of real text so that they can 
design a page before the actual text  is available. Lorem ipsum 
has been used for this purpose  for hundreds of years, so my 
guess is  any correspondence between Cicero's work and JKR's 
is purely coincidental.
