LOL! - I won't get that one, I'm afraid. I haven't even seen
evidence of Peeves yet, as I'm a classic Internet user: if it
doesn't appear in 15 seconds it's not worth waiting for.

A clue! A clue! It's the publication date of Book 6 -- patience is
the key!
Also, am I right in thinking that nobody has yet legitimately opened
that door you get from the hairband? The hack-in solution involving
the /flash url doesn't work for me.
And the fans site*s* part seems only to mention one site
(Immeritus) - is that correct?
Finally, it seems (from people's comments) that no significant part
of the site requires you to have sound on your computer - is that
right? I can't turn it on here.
One or two people - hi, Catlady - have mentioned misperceiving (but
is it misperception? Isn't the Webmaster so Dead?) items on the
pages. My own was to think the phone is a calculator - I mean, if a
device sits on a desk with a keypad and a small screen it must be a
calculator, mustn't it? I clicked at random on it a couple of times
and when it didn't link me anywhere I thought 'Oh dear, maths' and
left it at that. And I thought the hairband was a Magician's Nephew
style ring: it certainly looks like that for the return journey.
David, who feels that website designers haven't yet grasped the need
for a 'work-only' version - like text-only but made to look like a
legitimate MS Office document
