The post you are responding to seems to have been deleted so I can't
imagine what you are talking about.

Are these /Twigs/ related to food?

The only twigs of any significants that I can think of are the Tree
Guardians called Bowtruckles; small, typically less than 8 inches,
appearing to be made of twig and bark with two small brown eyes and
two sharp long fingers on each hand. Usually found in trees with wood
suitable for wands.

Not sure if that helps. If not, give us a few more details and I'm
sure we can solve the mystery.
