Can I just say as an individual member of the admin team how much I 
appreciate Steve's thoughtfulness in offering to do this. I know 
others on the team feel the same way. We are all as frustrated as any 
of you at the difficulty of searching the archives and it was a very 
*good* thought, Steve, in more ways than one.
