chat reminder

Heh!  Yep, I'm often surprised to hear how late some folks are still 
going at it over there. ;-)

You think it would help to get it earlier?  I'm happy to set it at 
whatever time people like; ideally, it'd be the best time for the 
most people.  I was thinking that a day ahead would be too far, that 
people would forget about it by the time chat actually rolled around; 
not so?

Or, another thing -- I could set two reminders to go.  One a day 
ahead, twelve hours ahead, whatever, and the second to come either at 
the time it's set for now (three hours before) or even closer to chat 
time.  What do y'all think?
