Yep, you're right, they do.  I think I was commenting more on the part of the post that only part of Indiana doesn't change their time.  However, since I'm still on Dutch time, even after living here for almost 2 years, I still think it is now 9 hours.  I keep forgetting I can drop an hour.  LOL
