Oh, I hope we don't have to wait 50 years for HP7.

Seriously, I'm a bit puzzled.  Surely the least the DoD can do is 
maintain morale by making sure the troops get what they want, when 
they want, within reason?  Given that the books are physically producd 
and distributed before the actual publication date, I don't see why 
you should have to wait more than a few days (for intra-theatre 
distribution) at the most.
