I heard about this on the radio news last week too. I don't like 
the time change so early in the year as it is.  I'm still trying
to recover from it sleepwise.  But I guess it could be worse.  I don't
know if they still do this, but I know at one time in Alberta, 
Canada, that whole province used double daylight saving time where
you move the clock ahead two hours instead of just one.
