HBP US / UK Differences

It's always fun to see exactly what the differences are between the UK 
and US editions of the books.  The Harry Potter Lexicon has all the 
differences between the US and UK versions of the Half-Blood Prince 
online (as well as past titles).

This book likely has the fewest changes yet.  If I weren't a 
collector, I might not have purchased a British book this time 
around.  Obviously, the major difference is the "missing line" in the 
UK edition.  Supposedly, this line was part of the UK edition as well, 
but JKR edited it.  I wonder if it was a mistake that it passed 
through the editors in the American edition?
