First Edition HBP

I noticed something last night in my local Wal-Mart. They
still have  a stack of HBP, but the editions are all ready
SECOND editions. The book has  been out two weeks and
four days and Wal-Mart has sold out of First  Editions.

I would not have thought that the printer had even gone
to  second editions yet.

I wouldn't have thought so either. But I wonder if the second
US edition still has DD's line "He cannot kill you if you are
already dead." (pp 591, HBP first edition). If it is gone, that
would prove that it should have been edited out in the first 
place, as it was in the UK edition.
