Definition, please-- FOR Rod McFadden and those who don't know what a 'shipper' is

Shipper:  someone who has strong beliefs about the emotional/physical going-ons between 2 or more characters within the Harry Potter Universe.  Think of the term as short for 'relationSHIPPER'... as it derives from 'relationSHIP'.  
 
I delete most, if not all, subjects tagged with SHIP on my emails from the main list.  I am not a shipper.
