the fun and excitement of the party we all went back to my uncles
house. I was sitting on the couch talking to my grandpa when the

and I do not have much in common and never really talk, but we sat
on the couch for over half and hour and talked abut Harry Potter
and what we thought would be coming in the next book and the
upcoming movie in November. My mom and grandma both read Harry
Potter and so does my daughter. It is such a great way to break

Hi Debby, welcome to OT Chatter!
I have always enjoyed stories of how Harry Potter has caused people
to make connections they might not have otherwise. JKR has done so
much more than just write a book. I have taken great pleasure in
having conversations about HP with total strangers when the subject
has come up. Making the connection within family is even nicer!
Listening to what others have to say about what they think will
occur will often trigger new ideas and thoughts about the books and
even change what outcome I expect for the books. I guess you and
your family can say HP rules!
