'Contempt in the Face of a Wizard's Death' by Caducus Larva.  Seriously 
dark magic at work here, its about ways of avoiding the inevitable and 
promotes the idea of everlasting life.  Its a very old volume that can 
only be found in specialist second hand book shops (or a dark wizard's 
personal library)
