Heh, gotta find some amusement over having a subject line with Santa
and Lucius Malfoy in it. The next link is actually richest
*fictional* characters.
Long link that may be break, so you may want to copy and paste the entire thing:

Preface from the above link:
[[
Collectively, we are fascinated by the super-rich. We devour their
biographies. We hang on their advice. Maybe we even hope for their
downfall. But in our attempts to explain the ultra-rich--and their
super-inflated bank accounts--we are often guilty of reducing real
people to mere caricatures. There is the monopolist. The oracle. The
genius. The thief.
With the Forbes Fictional 15, we have taken the opposite
approach--fiction's caricatures are elevated to the status of real
people.

Their profile link descriptions:
Santa Claus
By Michael Noer
Critics claim Santa's legendary workshop is fueled by long hours, low
wages and hazardous conditions.
Lex Luthor Versus Bruce Wayne
By Matthew Herper
The two billionaires are squaring off over the role of the government
in regulating "superheroes."
C. Montgomery Burns
By David M. Ewalt
The cold-hearted monopolist shares his management secrets.
Lucius Malfoy
By David M. Ewalt
Getting locked in wizard prison can't stop the bad boy of British business.
In their ranking list, Lucius bottoms. {pervy grin} Seriously though,
Galleons should've brought in a higher market value... or my memory is
shoddy.
