Peaceful but I was also sick in bed during some of the Christmas holiday.

This is a 'popular' one and I think it adds stress to time such a
thing as a New Year's resolution.

If anything triggered a new self awareness in appearance, it wasn't a
fashion model or actress... it was Michael Rosenbaum in drag.
*Seriously*. Before, I was like 'meh, who cares about my weight' but
then I saw how good he looked in a mini-skirt and I was *envious*.
Plus, his make-up in the role made me don more eye make-up. Hehe,
I'll eventually give Tammy Faye a run for her mascara. {g}

Woot! :-)

Coolness!

Lucky! I got a pen and small food processor/grinder from my brother
and his wife and a night shirt from my boss's sister. No fannish
stuff. :-( But at least very useful and I like useful stuff. :-) My
boss authorized $750 in 'gift cash' for me from the companies under
his management and my mom gave me $25--all that money was spent before
I received it. ;-) My sister and my dad sent me cards, which is nice
too in a 'I'm only doing this because we're related' sort of way.
{chuckle}

Hm, if I do have a New Year's resolution (AKA something that most
likely won't occur), it's to find the Holy Grail of Sorority Boys
memorabilia: the Sorority Boys shooting script.
