Speaking of TPTB, Enya goes after fanmade vids

Speaking of TPTB, I'm only just now reading how Enya's legal reps are
going after the higher profile sites that have fanmade vids
(songvids/music vids - I dislike 'fan flick'... sounds too close to
flicking something offensive) using her material.  Heh, her music
tends to be popular among the scifi/fantasy vid folk.

With as much chewing out as folks get for illegal downloading of films
not yet available on DVD, there's something... ironic about how
songvids are a part of numerous fandoms, yet many of them are breaking
copyrights, especially in the music industry.
