> 1) Who do you think the HBP is?

It's either Godric Gryffindor, or a character we never met before.

> 2) Is Snape a Vampire?

Yes, but only metaphorically. He has a connection with the Dark Lord
that makes him cold, perhaps part dead and having to feed on other
people's fear in order to stay alive. But this will be found out only
in Book 7.

> 3) Are Sirius and Snape half brothers?

No, and I'll go even further: no two characters that we already know
well will turn out to be closer than cousins.

> 4) Was Snape at Godric's Hollow?

Not in person, but perhaps through his connection with Voldy.

> 5) Who will inherit the Black estate?

No opnion, but Harry will visit it only one more time, in order to
speak with Kreacher and/or to check a critical detail in the family tree.
 
> 6) Where is Sirius's motorbike?

Hagrid used it to fly to the to the hut on the rock in SS/PS. Now it's
probably running loose in the forest.

> 7) Who will be the new Minister of Magic?

Not sure, but he will hold the job only for a very short time. The
Minister after him WILL be Arthur Weasley ;-)

> 8) Is Harry the heir of Gryffindor?

No blood connection, but might be more abstract kinds of connections.

> 9) Is Lupin good or evil?

Good. He'll be one of the main instruments of Voldy's defeat. He has a
meeting with Wormtail in Book 7 but he'll survive and in the epilogue
he'll marry a beautiful witch who is also a wolf animagus. Once a
month they'll leave the kids with grandpa and grandma and off to have
a really wild night in the Forbidden Forest (OK, maybe I got carried
away a tiny bit).  

> 10) Will Percy reunite with his family?

He might die and/or turn to the dark side, but he will meet his
parents before the end.
 
> 11) Who will die in book six?

None of the central good characters, but several secondary characters
will, such as: Percy, Moody, Lucius or Bella, Dean, Cho.

> 12) Will Petunia perform magic?

No, but she might use magical devices.

> 13) Is Snape good or evil?

He's on the verge. His decision to go this or that way will be
instrumental, but this will happen only in book 7. In book 6 he'll do
some good and some bad, and we'll all continue squabble about him.
