[Sabrina asked]:
My inquiry to you all is....was anyone (over 18) reluctant about reading
what is known as a "childrens" book?

[Lee]:
Absolutely not! Personally, I prefer them to many "Adult" books. Being
rather conservative, I sometimes find so-called adult books hard to read
because of language or certain graphic descriptions, etc. In fact, I have
been trying to read a Diana Gaboldin book, "Outlander," and am having a
horrible time with it. The story could be good, but there's too much
language and graphic sexual description that, for me, detracts most
vigorously from my enjoyment of the story.

So, yes, I do read more "kids" and young-readers books. I've lately been
sharing with Art all the great books I remember growing up and, you know,
even as an adult, I love them still. Now, that's the mark of a good book,
IMHO! <Grin>

Cheers,

Lee :-)
