Recs for swollen feet remedies?

My feet have gradually 'puffed up' (not wider) over a year and a half.
 I didn't notice how badly until I tried wearing my pair of Doc
Martens and couldn't get my feet inside! =:-o  I've always had poor
blood circulation and a family history of diabetes (and cancer and
stroke and I've had chest pains since I was a teenager), which some
have said can cause swollen feet.  However, at age twenty-six, I'm
quite disappointed about the status of my feet.  They don't hurt
but... Ugh!

Regardless of it being not recommended for folk such as myself, I'm
thinking about arch sleeves/wraps and I'm curious if anyone has recs
on favorite brands or places to buy or some other suggestions? 
Massaging/rubbing my feet is one thing I'll have to start doing.  I
have one of those 'adjustable' beds but haven't used the lift feature
in some time (helps with blood circulation but killer on the back).
