Hi, have you tried Shiatsu or acupuncture/acupressure?
I have a Shiatsu qualification, and it sounds to me like you could 
benefit from some work on your bladder meridian, and some lymph 
work.  Also upwards stroking could help to distribute the extra fluid 
away from your feet, and getting them above your heart whenever you 
can.
